When is CMS Conf 2026?
CMS Conf 2026 takes place on November 12–14, 2026.
Where is CMS Conf 2026 held?
The conference is held at Pomorski Park Naukowo-Technologiczny Gdynia, Al. Zwycięstwa 96/98, 81-451 Gdynia, Poland - a modern innovation hub on Poland's Baltic coast.
How do I get to the venue?
PPNT Gdynia is easy to reach by multiple means:
- By train (SKM): The venue is next to Gdynia Redłowo SKM station.
- From Gdańsk Airport (GDN): Take the PKM train to Gdynia Stadion - approximately 25 minutes.
- By car: Parking available on-site (surface lot and underground garage) from Al. Zwycięstwa or Stryjska Street.
Tickets
What ticket types are available?
We offer early bird tickets at a discounted rate, regular tickets, and group discounts for teams of 3 or more.
What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes full access to all conference sessions, networking opportunities, coffee breaks, lunch, access to the after-party, and conference swag.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Teams of 3 or more receive a discount on ticket purchases. Contact us at [email protected] for group pricing details.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event. After that, you can transfer your ticket to another person. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Call for Papers
How long is the call for papers open?
The call for papers is open until the end of April 2026. We encourage you to submit your proposal early.
When will speakers be notified?
Speakers will be notified of their selection by mid-May 2026.
What is the format of the talks?
We're looking for 25-minute talks. They can include a Q&A segment.
Are speakers compensated?
While we do not offer monetary compensation, we provide complimentary conference passes, travel stipends for select speakers (up to €100), and opportunities for professional exposure.
Speakers & Programme
What topics will be covered at CMS Conf 2026?
Sessions cover headless CMS, content architecture, AI in publishing, web development, digital experience platforms, and related industry trends.
What languages will the talks be in?
The main conference track will be in English. We are also planning a small Polish track for local attendees.
Will sessions be recorded?
We're focused on an in-person experience, but we plan to release selected recorded sessions online after the event.
