Skip rush hour

What to wear

November on the Baltic coast means temperatures between 0°C and 8°C, with wind, rain, and occasional frost. Gdynia's coastal location makes wind chill a factor. Dress warmly and in layers - especially if you're joining our boat trip networking activity!

Layered Clothing

Thermal base layer, wool or fleece mid-layer, and a warm outer jacket. Conference rooms are heated but transitions between indoor and outdoor can be jarring.

Waterproof Coat

A windproof, waterproof outer layer is essential. Baltic wind and rain are common in November. If joining the boat trip, this is mandatory.

Waterproof Shoes

Comfortable, waterproof footwear is a must. You'll be walking between sessions and possibly exploring the city. Non-slip soles recommended.

Hat, Scarf & Gloves

Baltic wind can be biting. A warm hat, scarf, and gloves are highly recommended, especially for outdoor activities and the boat trip.
