Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions
- The program is managed by Openweb S.C., the organizer of CMS Conf.
- The program involves the Ambassador promoting the conference in exchange for a commission on ticket sales.
- Participation is voluntary and requires approval of the application by the Organizer.
2. Collaboration Rules (10/10 Model)
- For the Attendee: The Ambassador receives a unique discount code providing a 10% discount on ticket purchases.
- For the Ambassador: The Ambassador receives a 10% commission on the net value of each ticket sold using their code.
- The discount code cannot be combined with other time-limited promotions (e.g., Blind Birds) unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
3. Application and Verification
- Applicants must apply via the form at cmsconf.com/contact/ by selecting "Collaboration" (Współpraca).
- Upon approval, the Organizer will send the Ambassador a confirmation and their unique discount code via email.
- The Organizer reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
4. Settlements and Payments
- Commissions are calculated based on the sales report generated by the Organizer’s ticketing system.
- Payout Threshold: Commission payouts are processed once the Ambassador reaches a minimum balance of 100 EUR (net) from successful referrals.
- Payouts will be made after the conference concludes (or upon reaching the threshold), within 14 days of receiving a valid VAT invoice from the Ambassador.
